From the sea,
to the land
Living in an island and working as a ship captain, cultivates a special bond with the land and the sea.
After many years of working and travelling abroad, the sense of a home in Kefalonia finally evolved in 2023 into a whole true neiborhood, enclosing a mix of our life journeys.
We are Panagiotis & Katerina and we welcome you to our own “land” here in Lixouri, the Aparktion Luxury Apartments, where you can feel Safe, Calm and Spoiled!

THE WIND OF ARRIVAL
Inspired by the names of the winds, that we as every sailor speak fluently their language, we decided to build Aparktion, a little luxury spot in the town that may welcome & host every traveler that needs a true modern place to rest and recharge.
Aparktion is the rear name of the north wind, the strong and cold one that symbolizes the winter. Every apartment on Aparktion complex has its own identity and is also named after another wind. Each one of them and all together are made to be the quality shelter a traveler needs under any weather, any season!
We chose to be located into the town of Lixouri, but in a quite spot, offering the advanced experience of staying beyond the ordinary, by keeping high standards in terms of ease, design and comfort.

We were always hosted, now it is time that we become hosts. That’s why offering a great place to live can turn so fullfilling. Our luxury apartments are truly sharing the experience of our world, with the rest of the world.

Have in mind that we, as a family, are living in the ground floor of the building, willing to help you & guide you, if you wish. All our apartments for rent are on the 1st floor, so that you can enjoy the town view. Also you have an outer personal lock so that you can be absolutely independent during your stay.
